I’ve been training with Josh for two years and over that time he has been amazing at helping me recover from injuries and surgery. He has tailored workouts whilst I have been recovering to allow me to keep exercising and fit, whilst still allowing my body to heal and recover. He also always keeps the sessions varied and fun. With Josh’s guidance I have gone from being very slim to building muscle definition and the confidence to lift weights in the gym.
